Sarawak Hope Run reserves the right to use all personal data and information of contributors for the purposes relating to Sarawak Hope Run. Sarawak Hope Run reserves the rights to disclose personal information and personal data with regards that such actions are necessary to comply with legal proceedings, court orders and to abide all the rules and regulations as stated. Sarawak Hope Run reserves the rights and may disclose personal data and personal information if there is an occurrence of conditions such as merger, acquisition, structuring, bankruptcy or any related proceedings. Sarawak Hope Run is not responsible and liable for any theft of data from the Sarawak Hope Run system.
Recipients
Recipients of donations and users are responsible for ensuring the information provided is true and authentic. If the recipient of the donation submits incorrect and incomplete information, Sarawak Hope Run reserves the rights for contributors to resubmit their application or amend their additional information otherwise donations will be deemed void. Sarawak Hope Run will charge enshrined charges and fees based on the donors and participants generosity only. Any updates regarding Sarawak Hope Run’s terms and policy will be made from time to time without prior notice. Sarawak Hope Run shall report to the authorities if any fraud and errors are detected during the registration and confirmation process. The personal data in Sarawak Hope Run is as interpreted by Personal Data and Protection Act 2010 (PDPA 2010) of Malaysia. 100% of the proceeds from the campaign will be submitted to Persatuan Kesedaran Kanser Wanita. Karuna Sarawak (Enterprise) Sdn Bhd being appointed as the sole IT provider and has the legal rights to collect the donations on behalf of Sarawak Hope Run.
Underage Donor
For contributors and users less than 18 years old, kindly seek advice from a parent or guardian before providing your personal data. Sarawak Hope Run will not be liable to any fraud or errors once the proceeds of the donation are being transferred to the said account account. If there is an element of fraud and violation of the law, the party Sarawak Hope Run shall make a report to the authorities. When a contributor makes the donation, Sarawak Hope Run reserves the right to further obtain necessary information in order to reduce in fraudulent activities and errors. The registration and donations made by contributors and participants are deemed to have agreed with all the terms and conditions as stated. Any changes made to the relevant terms and conditions are fully subjected to Sarawak Hope Run’s operations.
